I solved the problem.

Give us the result of fglrxinfo.
If you have "Mesa", you have the disable the unnecessary XGL by just creating a 
file with the name "disable" in the folder ".config/xserver-xgl" in your home 
directory.

After that you should have "ATI" when you launch fglrxinfo
