I got the full logs today but unfortunately I can't figure the amount of
duplicates we have with them.
I will upload a new popularity-contest package that unconditionaly
generates a new UUID for everything older than 1.33ubuntu2. This means
that after 20 days (the maximum time that the popcon submission data is
valid) we have a duplicate free popcon database.
