It barely works in Hardy.

First the cron.daily script throws those errors:
Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at
/usr/share/perl5/gnump3d/config.pm line 156, <CONF> line 705.
Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at
/usr/share/perl5/gnump3d/config.pm line 157, <CONF> line 705.
Invalid characters in key - Ignoring at /usr/share/perl5/gnump3d/config.pm
line 157, <CONF> line 705.

On the annoying side: you need to be careful with ownership.
By default gnump3d needs its root directory to be owned by user "gnump3d" (I
put "audio" as group).
You can change this behavior by editing /etc/gnump3d/gnump3d.conf (look for the
second "user =")

Otherwise you'll get this error in /var/log/gnump3d/error.log:
Caught a SIGTERM at /usr/lib/perl/5.8/IO/Socket.pm line 183
