Public bug reported:
When I close my notebook, it doesn't turn display off although I have it
in my settings to do so.
$ cat /proc/acpi/button/lid/C20C/state
state: open
I get this whenever is lid pressed or not. So I guess its state is
detected incorrectly.
My notebook is HP530
