Booting 2.6.24.12-generic - Everything's just fine :-)
Booting 2.6.24-16-generic - troubles :
Sound works.
nVidia GT8600 (driver) works.
Compiz works.
nVidia MCP67 NIC does not work. Network is marked in the system tray
with a - "!"
When clicking on the "shutdown" button the pc freezes.
