It is in fact (erroneously) complaining about the swap partition. I
think this should be fixed by this change I committed for ubiquity
1.8.6:
* Fix partition_too_small check only to warn about partitions that are not
free space, are not marked as "do not use", and are marked for use with
a filesystem.
Daily builds with this should be available soon.
