Public bug reported:
I have a hard disk with windows XP installed with the SATA controller in
AHCI mode and I try to install 8.04 beta booting from the Install CD and
making all the installation but after first reboot GRUB fails with error
17, when I try with native IDE mode Ubuntu installs OK, my motherboard
is a Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H.
