Public bug reported:
Ubuntu hardy doesn't install Simplified Chinese (zh_CN) language pack for
Firefox.
This violates the Ubuntu philosophy.
The package "language-pack-gnome-zh-base" contains only zh_TW language
pack, no zh_CN.
