The missing BCC: follows the default around. If you change default mail
accounts, only that one will be missing the BCC. This is clearly
DISTINCT AND NOT A DUPLICATE of 92036. I'd say they aren't even close
cousins as the mechanism for creating emails in each case are distinct.
What is the upstream gnome defect for this?
