Thanks for taking the time to report this issue. Unfortunately the only way to
diagnose this issue is to have the log files from the install. The important
file to attach would be /var/log/syslog . More information is available at:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingUbiquity/AttachingLogs . Additionally,
attaching the sources.list file before modification to the bug would also be
helpful.
If you are able to reproduce this issue and attach those files it would enable
us to diagnose this problem properly.
