Well, I still don't know what's the difference in the line withe the sed-command but I activated debugging for the wrapper-script. I've attached the log. For me it seems as if the script (which runs as "lp") needs writing access to /usr/Brother/inf.
Besides: I found "/usr/./././Brother/" several times. What does this mean? Is this a workaround? ** Attachment added: "Logfile of brlpdwrapperDCP110C" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/13827627/br_cupsfilter_debug_log ** Also affects: brother-cups-wrapper-extra (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Changing paper type does not have any effects https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/206365 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to brother-cups-wrapper-extra in ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
