Closing as fixed as per comment #6. Also note that in the mean time
we've implemented a new display configuration tool (accessed via "Screen
Resolution") which should address the issue, probably including the
refresh rate stuff. If there are still problems though, please feel
free to reopen this bug, with additional details as relevant.
