This is simply not a feature of the oxygen window decoration, plastik for
example would support this behavior.
Closing the bug as Won't Fix since we are most likely not going to implement
this feature unless KDE implements this on a global scale for any kwin
decoration or the oxygen team chooses to implement it for their decoration.
