It worked. I commented out two lines in modules.alias
modules.alias:#alias aes padlock_aes
modules.alias:#alias aes geode_aes
Result:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~# modprobe airo
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~# lsmod
