Subject: scilab: text in main window uses odd (non-latin) font
Date: Mon, 11 Sep 2006 22:54:05 -0600
X-Mailer: reportbug 3.18ubuntu1

Package: scilab
Version: 3.0-12
Severity: important

I'm not sure what font is being used, it looks something
like arabic or perhaps sanskrit? In any case, it makes
scilab impossible to use for this english-language fool.
The attached screenshot of the window may be helpful.
