Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnucash

This issue prevents Hardy Heron Ubuntu 8.04 users from recompiling
Gnucash with HBCI support.

Environment
--
Ubuntu: Description: Ubuntu 8.04
               Release: 8.04
Gnucash: 2.2.4-1ubuntu1
libaqbanking: 3.3.0+dfsg-1

Repro Steps
--
1. $ apt-get source gnucash libaqbanking20
2. $ cd gnucash-2.2.4/
3. $ editor debian/rules
4. Add '--enable-hbci' to the LDFLAGS on line 24.
5. $ dpkg-buildpackage -b -us -uc -rfakeroot

Expected Result
--
A complete build of Gnucash, including HBCI support.

Actual Result
--
Gnucash 'configure' fails because (configure log attached):

    configure:28021: checking for aqbanking >= 1.6.1 aqbanking < 2.9.0
gwenhywfar
    configure:28041: result: no
    configure:28063: error: Could not find aqbanking > 1.6.0 and < 2.9.0. If
you use --enable-hbci, you *have* to have aqbanking installed. Note that
gnucash requires aqbanking2 and not (yet) aqbanking3!

Gnucash requires aqbanking > 1.6.0 and < 2.9.0, but only 3.3.0 is
available.

** Affects: gnucash (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
