** Description changed: standard desktop a64 installation via cd. After a clean install I log on via window manager, and nothing happens (just the brown screen). I first experienced this problem with one of the very last updates only a few days before the release version. I reinstalled clean, but the problem stayed. dmesg gives me these straight after login: [ 2947.756400] gnome-keyring-d[7921]: segfault at 24 rip 42c63c rsp 7fff9b938f30 error 6 [ 2947.892400] gnome-keyring-d[8040]: segfault at 24 rip 42c63c rsp 418339a0 error 6 + + /var/crash is empty.
