I agree Steve. And I was just about to submit a bug report for automatic
installation of that, until I came across this thread in a search

Basically, there is a legal grey area there that people are unsure of
and blatantly aiding the installation of a decryption tool my in itself
be illegal. I believe the discussion was continued on the mailing list
as mentioned in the last post.
