This is still an issue post-release.

One extra note: while the computer is contemplating waking up (which it
does reliably, just slowly most of the time), I see some console output
at the top of the screen. First it starts out with a blinking underline
cursor, then usually says that it's reloading the sshd configuration.
Once, it repeated that a 2nd time. Occasionally, it instead prefers to
chat about anacron (but I don't remember what it said it was doing).
