if you look closely to your logfile, you'll find the following error message:
Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display: :0.0 at
/usr/share/perl5/Debconf/FrontEnd/Gnome.pm line 60.
dpkg: error al procesar xserver-xorg (--configure):
el subproceso post-installation script devolvió el código de salida de error 1
this is probably caused by you upgrading under an X session but as root
and not using the tools provided by the distribution such as update-
manager and others through sudo or gksu. If you can confirm this would
be of great help to identify the real culprit of this issue.
