Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kde4libs
IMHO kde4-config should be placed in folder accessible via $PATH. Being not
there breaks cmake kde4 detection code.
It's of course possible to patch cmake or to workaround it using something like
-DKDE4_KDECONFIG_EXECUTABLE=/usr/lib/kde4/bin/kde4-config when calling it, but
it's not probably the *right* way to go.
