App: gnome-screensaver-preferences
To replicate:
Click (top left panel menu item)System->Prefences->Screensaver
Screensaver Preferences window/dialogue opens.
Now switch to another application.
The preview part(not the whole dialogue) of the Screensaver Preferences
dialogue forces itself to the front and remains there until the dialogue is
closed. it is as if it is in "always on top" mode. Also when dialogue is moved
around the screen the preview part(again not the whole dialogue) is partially
left behind.
