Public bug reported:
I tried to send a new bug report via the send bug report menu item from the
GNOME menu.
In Ubuntu 7.10 a new browser window to launchpad will be opened, but with
Ubuntu 8.04 I allways get an error message.
The screenshot below describes the problem.
