Installer syslog indicates that one of the partitions ran out of room.
Could you please include the output from "sudo parted /dev/hda print"?
Also, you seem to have reported the device mapping slightly wrong:
according to the syslog, /boot is hda5.
The "swapon: /dev/hda7: Device or resource busy" messages also seem
interesting.
