[Bug 222411] [NEW] E: kde-systemsettings: cannot remove file `/usr/share/icons/crystalsvg/32x32/apps/systemsettings.png'

Hi ,
I have upgrade my Gutsy to Hardy but some packages have been broken. And now 
they not going to uninstall.
Please suggest me what to do. I am really stuck with this
I have tried sudo apt-get -f install
sudo apt-get upgrade
still I am getting E: Unmet dependencies. Try using -f.
Then also tried sudo apt-get install -f..
Please help
