Just did a fresh install of kubuntu from the alternate CD. Started from a completely clean system (reformatted everything). I still can not get my digital camera to work, so I know that my initial issue was not caused by something else I installed. Any more info I can provide to get this bug moving along? Now that I killed my last windows XP machine to install kubuntu, I can no longer access my camera. This may be a deal breaker for me if I can't get it to work.
