Binary package hint: penguintv
The source package penguintv (3.0-0ubuntu3) contains translation (PO files) to
few foreign languages, and these files contain proper and complete
translations. However, when I tried to run PenguinTV with the Portuguese
interface it gave mostly English (the very few menu items in Portuguese were
the most generic titles like _File, _Edit and _Help. Almost nothing else).
I could not locate the .MO files in neither /usr/share/locale-langpack/po
(Portuguese) nor /usr/share/locale-langpack/po_BR (Brazilian Portuguese).
This bug was found in Ubuntu release 8.04 (it probably exists in older
releases)
