Same error for me on Hardy after updating, but it occurred after removing a compiled nautilus from my /usr/local/, so I don't know whether it's linked with the removing of the compiled nautilus or with the update. I've tried to purge all nautilus and eel elements then reinstall them but it didn't change anything. I'm waiting my CDs to reinstall completely.
