I don't think this problem has been fixed.  I can't add any kind of
image as an emblem (svg, png, jpg)--all images give me the message
"Sorry, but "/path/to/image.png" is not a usable image file."  Is there
some required image format or size?  If so, the error message should be
more specific about what files can be used.  I can attach examples but
my impression is that no image of any format works.
