I'm seeing the same problem here. Every once in a while when I shutdown or reboot, the GUI disappears and I'm at a terminal for maybe 30 seconds with some messages on the screen from the boot up. Then after a considerable amount of time, it starts to shutdown and I see those NetworkManager errors. I also see in my logs the gdm warnings Apr 27 00:01:56 GutsyGibbon gdm[5691]: WARNING: main daemon: Got SIGABRT. Something went very wrong. Going down! Every once in a while though, it seems to shutdown normally.
