Public bug reported:
The timezone selection window in the Hardy Heron installation wizard,
the image zooms in/out, pans etc when I move my mouse pointer over it.
For laptop users/challenged people, the control of the mouse pointer is
not fast/easy and the image moving here and there does not help in the
selection. The older process of a zoom window for a region and then
selection of the city is much more simpler and also intuitive for new
users (my wife being the test subject).
