Hello again! I red a lot of these comments and I have the same problem. I would say, that it isnt a problem of usplash - or splashy - its only the problem of the restricted driver. I added my infos from lspci to one of my last comments - so I wont do that again. Maybe its the nvidia problem - not the splasy or usplash problem. Everything works fine with vesa or nv driver...
