oops /etc/logrotate.d/cupsys exists....mispoke obviously......
and yet how does this connect with MaxLogSize? I must admit
to being a bit confused......

Learn something new everyday....so the invoke-rc.d is
the problem obviously...i.e. cupsd is doing the wrong thing.....
