I also have this problem in 4.6.4 on Hardy, just after upgrading. Along with the other bugs I've come across (help menu item doesn't work, manual which is installed doesn't correspond to the interface, crash when changing language or importing training text), it looks like Dasher on Ubuntu needs some serious loving.
