My preferences for my default profile specify that I do not want to see a
menubar or scroll bar, but when I rip out a gnome terminal tab the window has a
menu bar and scroll bar.
The version is 2.22.1-0ubuntu2.

+ Specific behavior: I drag a tab out of the tabbed gnome terminal window
+ to create a new window for that tab.
