After I studied the first bootchart by myself I stopped bluetooth and gnome-at-visual for the next reboot, because these were the processes that startet right after the 100 seconds "pause" of the booting procedure. As you can see on the second attachement, stopping these two had no effect on my problem.
Maybe this would be the time to change the subject of this bug to someting more appropriate.
