Public bug reported:

After upgrading to Hardy Heron (final) from Gutsy Gibbon I found that
some keys do not work as expected after changing the language group to
Arabic (both English & Arabic support are installed).

Key "G" work if pressed alone but if pressed while the "Shift" key is pressed
it give nothing, expected result is :
Typing a combination of the "Lam" (Key "G") and "Alef with Hamza above it" (Key
"Shift+H").
-See picture 1.png in the attached ZIP file-

Key "B" does not work at all, expected results are :
If pressed alone after switching to Arabic it should type a combination of the
"Lam" (Key "G") and "Alef" (Key "H") letters.
-See picture 2.png in the attached ZIP file-

If pressed while the "Shift" key is pressed it should type a combination of the
"Lam" (Key "G") and "Alef with mad" (Key "Shift"+"N").
-See picture 3.png in the attached ZIP file-
