New update: Kdenlive become much much more stable, and restarted to load correctly .kdenlive files, after I switched the Video Driver setting from "Automatic" to "x11". You can set this behaviour using "Settings"->"Configure Kdenlive" Menu. I hope this could be useful also to other friends having the same problems as mine. :)
