Same problem. Additionally, the "Send Link" does not do anything,
except throwing an exception:

My prefs.js has also
user_pref("network.protocol-handler.app.mailto",
"/usr/bin/thunderbird");
(which was the workaround to fix the same problem with kubunut 7.10)
