It has been a while since you issued the bug report, first I would like
to know if you are still experiencing this problem.
If the problem is still persisting, please open a command console window
and type "sudo apt-get update", followed by your password and report any
errors that occur. If there are no errors, please type "sudo apt-get
update" and report any errors. It will also be helpfull if you can
attach your /etc/apt/sources.list file.
