Please try to remove it using either apt-get remove --purge flashplugin-nonfree 
if that fails to work please try sudo dpkg -r flashplugin-nonfree and than once 
removed please install the package again when you have a few minutes of 
connection hopfully if im right its just a corrupt download due to failure of 
being connected and dpkg didnt like it. sometime in next ten days i will ping 
head ubuntu mozilla dev about this issue and see what he would like to happen.
Im also reporting this against apt.
