Thanks for the logs. It looks like there are diskspace issues on /boot
that caused the problem:

ldconfig deferred processing now taking place

I appears that the free space calculation got it wrong:

'<DistUpgradeController.FreeSpace object at 0xbaa9cec>'
(22050816.000000)
It calculated it would need 21.0M when 22.1M were avaialble. Apparently
that was not enough. Could you please attach the output of:
$ ls -l /boot
to this bugreport?
