Binary package hint: ntp
After an upgrade from gutsy to hardy on my server, ntpd is starting up,
but it does not show any peer associations. Once the system is
started, I can restart ntpd and it will synchronize normally.
Possibly related: I am seeing mention of stopping and starting of ntpd
very early in the boot sequence, but it goes by quick enough that I
cannot tell where it is.
