There is an error, there are two versions of pydev extensions.

- One version, as close source which is NOT a free software and we'll can find 
to this link http://www.fabioz.com/pydev.
  Actually, the terms of License of this package is not really compatible with 
Ubuntu Policy for main or universe components (just to restricted).
  
- However , i found a open-source version of pydev extension, which has exactly 
the same name and with website http://pydev.sourceforge.net/.
  It's the "Pydev open source version" named in the top of this report. Indeed 
it's this package that is integrated in universe branch.

So, the second is 100% agree and compatible with universe policy.
