Hi Luke! Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. As you can see, there're missing firmware files for the wireless chip:

Oh, and the downloaded firmware must be put into /lib/firmware/b43legacy/ucode4.fw as stated in your log. Please comment, if that fixes your problem.
