[Bug 66135] The icon applied by default is a .png but .svg is available

Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird

I dist-upgraded from dapper so it may be an upgrade issue and it may be
involved in the icon-theme package, but I'm not sure it's that as it
effects the "application icon" or the icon in the taskbar and title.

When I go to change the icon in my menu, by default it's using a
/usr/share/mozilla-thunderbird.png but it should use /usr/share/mozilla-
thunderbird.svg since it looks nicer scaled.
