Public bug reported:
In Hardy, the Kubuntu System Printer Configuration Tool no longer allows
you to specify that printers be shared, nor to show other shared network
printers. To share a printer, you now have to use
http://localhost:631/admin.
Previous releases of Kubuntu did not have this problem.
