just wanted to say that this happened to me just now. i shared the dvd
drive so i could copy the contents to another comp over the network and
it wouldnt let me eject the disk. doing "sudo umount /media/cdrom0" and
"sudo umount -f /media/cdrom0" let to "device is busy" erros. tried
"sudo lsof | grep /media/cdrom0" from above and it told me smbd was the
problem app/daemon. did a kill -9 680 (for me) and then i could eject
the dvd.
