I have the same issue as the original poster. I also ran a Wireshark sniff, but from the server-side. The lag did occur during the capture, and seems to correlate with the sections of the capture where the client responds with TCP/Synergy/NOP packets instead of blank TCP/ACK packets. Capture attached.
