Binary package hint: update-manager
When trying to upgrade from 7.10 to 8.04 using update manager, the
update manager window freezes when nearly finishes with step 1,
"Checking package manager". I cannot close the unrsponsive window, only
possibily is to restart computer. Trying again gives the same
error/problem
